These Terms of Use and Sale ("Terms") govern your use of luminousneck.world and any purchase of Lumile Solution from Luminousneck Pty Ltd (ABN 47 832 109 564), 142 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia ("we", "us").

By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the site to transmit harmful, fraudulent or unlawful content, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the operation of the site or its infrastructure.

2. Orders and Sale

Placing an order: You submit an order request by entering your name and phone number in the order form. This constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract.

Order confirmation: A binding sales contract is formed only when our team contacts you by phone to confirm the order and you verbally agree to proceed. We may decline to confirm any order at our discretion.

Prices and currency: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. The current price for Lumile Solution is $72.99 per bottle. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your phone confirmation applies to your order.

Payment: Payment is made exclusively on delivery - cash or card to the courier. No online payment is accepted or required. We do not store any payment card details.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch at no cost, by informing our team during the confirmation call or by contacting us at info@luminousneck.world.

Refusing delivery: As payment is collected on delivery, you may decline to accept the parcel. In this case the order is cancelled and no charge applies.

3. Limitation of Liability and Supplement Disclaimer

Lumile Solution is a food supplement. It is not a medicine or therapeutic product. The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. We do not make any claims that Lumile Solution diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease or health condition.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or purchase of the product is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
