We deliver Lumile Solution to all states and territories. Orders are confirmed by phone and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Payment is made to the courier on delivery - no online payment, no prepayment required.
How Delivery Works

- Phone confirmation - Our team calls to confirm your details and delivery address. No payment at this stage.
- Dispatch - Your order is packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery & payment - The courier delivers to your door. Pay by cash or card on receipt.
You can cancel at any time before dispatch by informing our team during the confirmation call or by contacting us at info@luminousneck.world.
